I think I will try this recipe for my buns next.  The one I tried today seemed too runny, maybe adjust the water.  Also we had Spinach Lasagna with tofu ricotta and that was great,  I made the noodles from a recipe on Vegan Dad.  We did us cheese as we are trying to use up most of the dairy products but otherwise it was vegan.  Very good! I got the tofu ricotta from The Complete Guide to Vegan Food Substitutions .
