Happy Summer Vacation!  I am trying to pack away the school year so I can relax.  My house looks like it exploded from within and I have been thinking about what we want to do this summer.  Everyone always asks what are you going to do where are you going to go.  
What if instead of a to-do list we all had an I did it list?  A list that focuses on what we did get done that day or what we did go for summer vacation.  I have tried many apps and written lists of all the things I want to get done and at the end of the day I look at the list and see all the things I didn't do.  I always feel like I should have done more so I never quite get caught up or feel content about what I have accomplished.  So I think for the summer I will focus on what I did accomplish not what I still have or want to do.

Today so far - 
drank my lemon water
did 5 minutes yoga
did 20 minutes workout
made a green smoothie 
did a load of laundry 
folded all the clothes from laundry
did dishes
started packing away school materials

Boring maybe but I am focusing on the positive part and hopefully this will become a habit.

The small things are important!
